A Message to Our Guests-

We understand how hectic your life can be sometimes. We pride ourselves on helping you relax and unwind during it all. It is our goal to make your visit to the Solstice Spa as rewarding as possible.

In order to provide our customers with the best service possible, we reserve 15 minutes for each new client consultation. These few extra minutes do not interfere with a customer's time with our Massage Therapists or Bodywrap Technician. This is merely a time to ask and answer any questions or concerns between the service provider and the client.

Please keep in mind others when the need comes to cancel your appointment. We do keep a "wait list" for those who may desire immediate attention. If it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. If we do not hear from you at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged for the service missed, in full.

Please consult your physician if you have any concerns regarding the therapy we provide. Those with heart disease and pregnant women in the second and third trimester should seek the advice of their physician prior to scheduling services. The Solstice Spa chooses not to provide massage therapy for pregnant women in their first trimester, as it is not recommended.

Finally, we require all our spa appointments be reserved with a major credit card. We appreciate your understanding.
